Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No reason needed.

Space is in development and public sign-ups are not open yet. These terms apply from the day you create an account or buy a plan. Questions go to sequierh@statemethod.com.

Our refund policy

If you write to us within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription, we refund that payment in full and end the subscription. It does not matter how much you have used Space, and it applies to consumers and businesses alike.

• Monthly plans: the 14 days start on the day you subscribe and pay.
• Yearly plans with the free trial: cancelling during the 7 free days costs nothing. If you let the trial end, the 14 days start on the day the year is charged.
• Renewals and plan changes: later renewals and upgrade charges are not covered. Cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Your legal right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of the day it is concluded, the day you subscribe at Checkout, without giving a reason and without any cost beyond those described below.

Space starts as soon as you subscribe, at your request. Where a consumer who asked for the service to start withdraws within the 14 days, the law lets the seller keep an amount for the days already provided. We do not: under our refund policy you get everything back.

How to ask

Send a clear statement that you want to withdraw or be refunded, by email to sequierh@statemethod.com, from the email address of your Space account if you can. Name the plan you bought. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your request before the 14 days end.

To stop a renewal or end a trial without a refund, cancel in Settings → Billing → Manage billing instead.

What happens next

• We confirm your request by email.
• We refund the full payment, VAT included, within 14 days of receiving your request, to the card you paid with, through Stripe. You pay no fee for the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Your subscription ends and your account becomes read-only. You can still read, export and delete everything in it.
