Your personal workspace
Your documents and tasks are available through your signed-in account and authorized agent connections. You can inspect and revoke agent access from Agents.
Aggregate usage reporting
If an installation enables public usage reporting, Space records the time of each agent connection’s latest successful workspace MCP call. The website can publish an aggregate count of recently active connections. This reporting does not collect tool arguments, results, or document text.
Website analytics
The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free, to count visits to pages such as our guides and articles. Analytics runs only on the public website and does not receive your signed-in workspace content.
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-N6W0Z80N1B) is optional. It does not load, contact Google or set cookies until you choose Allow in the analytics banner. If you decline or do not choose, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or do-not-track signal, it is never loaded. When allowed, it receives page paths without query strings or fragments, and advertising features and Google signals stay off. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage; use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page to change it. Declining later stops collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from this site.
Memory processing
Creating searchable memory can send source text to the processor configured by your installation operator. Review Settings → Memory processing before building memory from sensitive content.
With automatic organization enabled, OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to receive each memory’s title and text plus your organization catalog names and descriptions. The decision model can also assess candidate passages for relevance during search; some requests fall back to the configured chat model. On getspace.sh, extraction and search-result checks go first to Anthropic, and to OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to when Anthropic is unavailable, while embeddings use OpenAI. The privacy policy lists these processors. Classification labels do not change access permissions. See Organizing memory.
The getting-started chat, on the first screens after you sign up, sends what you type in it, with a fixed guide to Space, to Anthropic, or to OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to when Anthropic is unavailable. It reads nothing from your Space, and Space keeps none of the chat unless you save the memory it offers.
Saved revisions
Source history preserves previous document revisions. Removing a memory from active recall does not erase text from those earlier revisions.
A copy of your work
Settings → Data exports the documents and tasks currently loaded in your workspace as JSON. Load additional result pages before exporting if you want to include them. A document that keeps an uploaded file, such as a PDF, a picture or a video, is exported with its text and the file's name, size and details; download the file itself from the document.
Sample workspace
The preview stores example content and your edits to that example content in this browser. It does not connect those samples to your account. Reset sample data in the preview’s Settings → Data page. The sample workspace is part of the app at app.getspace.sh, not of this website.
