About documents
Space is one cloud workspace your authorized agents reach over MCP. Save a decision on one machine and pick it up on another.
Your memory lives in Space, not on one computer. Every agent you authorize reads and writes the same workspace over MCP.
Animation: on Tuesday, Claude Code on a MacBook saves the decision “API stack: Postgres + Drizzle” to Space. On Thursday, Codex on a Linux server asks Space for context, receives that decision, and writes the orders table with Drizzle.
Illustrative example. Agents only see what you authorize, and every memory keeps a link to the conversation or document it came from.
One MCP connection per machine. After that your agents save and retrieve context on their own, and you keep the final say on what stays.
Paste one MCP connection into Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, Cursor or any MCP client, on each machine you use.
Your agent saves decisions, documents and next steps as you go. Nothing to copy between sessions.
The context is already there. Inspect it, correct it or delete it in the web app whenever you like.
Connects over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
A quiet workspace for the things that matter. Read a plan, find the next step, and follow the context back to its source.

About documentsKeep the next step close to the context behind it, on a board or a list.
About tasksPreferences and decisions, saved with their sources and organized your way.
About memoryCreate categories such as Dev or Accounting and describe what belongs in each. Space files new memories into the right category and project, and you can correct any assignment.
Learn about categoriesAtlas releases need an automated regression test before deployment.
Choose which agents have access. See what was saved, correct what has changed, and revoke a connection whenever you need to.

Space and the providers you authorize process the content used to serve your requests.
Every Claude Code session starts with a fresh context window. Two built-in layers carry knowledge forward, and they are easy to confuse. Knowing which one owns a fact, and where both stop, makes the setup easier to trust and to check.
Codex can carry context in several ways that are easy to confuse. Separating instruction files, generated local memories, and external workspaces makes each one easier to choose and to check.
An agent can work across a business without carrying every project's assumptions into every task. Here is where workspaces, skills, and Space each help.
Every plan includes encrypted storage, memory your agents can recall, and the tools to read, correct and export it.
